Payson Academy of Excellence
We are using the Christian Acellus Academy online accredited teaching courses. We also offer in class instruction for Bible classes, penmanship, reading books out loud during circle time, life skills class, and art.
We focus on English, Grammar, Reading, Phonics, Penmanship, Mathematics, Social Studies, History, Geography, Biblical Studies, Science, and Health.
We believe that the Word of God is the standard and foundation for truth. We aim to instill godly character, integrity, honor and respect in all aspects of our students' training.

Arts & Crafts
Coloring & Drawing
11am to 11:30am
Math Class
Mathematics: Math Games and Math coursework. This course will be primarily taught through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
12:15pm to 12:45pm
Life Skills/Social Emotional
Teaching about character, respect, healthy habits, communication, self-worth, and confidence. Topics of discussion will also be on politeness, compassion, serving others, community involvement, integrity, good behavior vs bad behavior, self-control, taking responsibility for their actions, honoring parents, and showing appreciation.
1:35pm to 2:05pm
Social Studies
History, Geography, or Government. This course will be through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
10am-10:30am
Bible Class
Bible Story.
Worship Songs and Prayer
11:30am to 11:45am
Penmanship
Learning to have excellent handwriting to use in all class coursework and essays.
12:45pm to 1:15pm
Language Arts Class
English, Spelling, Reading, Phonics, Word Games, and Coursework. This course will be through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
2:05pm to 2:30pm
Pickup Time
Class ends at 2:10pm Monday through Friday. Students will need to be picked up by their parents or dropped off at their home. Drop-offs will not begin until all students have been picked up.
10:30am-11am
Science Class
Understanding the world around us and how things work. This course will be through Acellus Academy online with interactive activities and lessons.
11:45am to 12:15pm
Lunch Break
Meals and drinks brought from home will be given to the students. If your child has any allergies, please let us know.
1:15pm to 1:35pm
Circle Reading Time
We sit in a circle and take turns reading a story out-loud to build confidence, social skills, improve reading skills, and public speaking.
